Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and met our expectations, despite being a bit loud under the rooftop bar during weekends. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, especially on quieter weekdays. The hotel's central location in Casco Viejo was convenient for exploring the area.
Staying on the 6th floor may not meet top standards as the rest of the suite, but the room itself was lovely, though a bit loud due to its proximity to the rooftop bar. Weekdays are peaceful, while weekends can get noisy. The nearly floor-to-ceiling glass offers great views.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of great positives and a few drawbacks. The rooms were spacious with a king-size bed, excellent shower, and a lovely view, plus high-speed internet for a rate of $79, discounted from $115. However, noise from local bars at night disturbed the peace.
Staying in the attic room with no windows but two skylights was a unique experience. The room itself was very spacious, almost like a large apartment with a kitchen and living room area, and had equipment available. The nearly floor-to-ceiling glass provided a view into the room, giving it an airy feel. The service was helpful, although the place needs an update, they did their best to assist with noise issues and were able to offer alternative accommodations. The location in the historic area of the city was perfect for exploring the Old City, full of history and within walking distance to all attractions in Casco Viejo. The dining options were limited and uninspiring, with only three given choices and no fruit for breakfast. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
Even though the rooms didn't match the pictures and were somewhat cramped without windows, the direct rooftop access provided a fantastic view. The service, although mixed, offered assistance when needed. The location was ideal for exploring the Old City, despite some buildings needing maintenance. The dining experience was subpar, but the hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
